  An hour an a half passed before the replacement arrived, but when it finally arrived, the pizza unfortunately was cold... The crust was noticeably thinner this time but unless my eyesight failed me, the cheese "sprinkle' only covered the center of the entire pizza...the edges were completely 3/4 bare with only a little droplet of the three other magnificent cheeses as teasers throughout: Most of the pizza was uncovered and neglected; embarrassingly lonely; bare burnt bread crust triangles that were sore to the sight. Additionally, to our utter surprise, the store demanded we return the other faulty pizza delivery (they wanted the first sad pizza back??? Why???) Sure enough, delivery demanded we return the first one in exchange for the correction..????? Say what!!!!? Most likely, this is the last time I will be ordering from Pizza Nova! EVER!

  Ordered a pizza from this location, specifically asking for it to be 'well done'. The pizza arrived undercooked and the bacon was half raw.

  The manager apologized and said he would send another pizza pronto and promised to specify to the kitchen that the toppings should be included on the next one... And, that this time it would be with thin crust (!)

  An hour passed and the pizza was finally delivered but sadly mistakenly came with a thick bread crust (!) and the entire pizza tasted non distinct, because the pizza was covered with the non flavorful synthetic plastic-tasting mozzarella only - and hardly had any remnant of the three other cheeses ...! The additional 'three cheese' premium toppings were so sparingly added, that I reluctantly decided to call Pizza Nova to complain...

  So... had a craving and ordered pizza delivery... - I decided to get a 'make your own' pizza - and was more than willing to pay premium price for three different cheese toppings a top the mozzarella base, making it a "Quattro formagio" and also additionally ordered thin crust.
