  I brought my two small docile dogs in for the first time to be groomed. These dogs have never nipped or bitten anyone and no groomer has ever had a problem with either of the, The were both muzzled without my permission and were put in cages and went with out water for 6 hours.

  A pet store that cares about fish. All their fish are well kept and healthy. Only place to get quality fish north of Barrie. Knowledgeable staff and always friendly.

  They both eat a type of food that makes them thirsty and when they were picked up they were both were panting like crazy. One of them lied down as he was drinking from the water dish lie he was completely exhausted. I would not recommend them to anyone. Kim the groomer should look for another line of work.

  I love this Pet store!!.. Sarah and Kim have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs.. they are knowledgeable, friendly and above all love what they do... thank you for always going the extra mile

  If you can't see where your dog is being groomed, I wouldn't recommend this place. They crate dogs all day during grooming. Dogs are not objects to be handled like an assembly line.
